In our science lesson, Year 1 explored their sense of taste!
We learned that we taste using our tongues and discovered the four main types of taste: sweet, salty, bitter, and sour. The children had a great time trying different foods to experience each taste. There were lots of interesting reactions! After that, we tasted four more mystery foods and worked together to match them to the correct taste.
