Year 1 have launched into space in our imaginations this week!
We started reading our exciting new story, Toys in Space and stopped at the moment when the toys see the night sky for the very first time. We imagined what it might be like to see space through their eyes. We then created beautiful paintings of what they might have seen. The children loved pretending to be the toys and expressing their ideas through art.
