Year 1 have been busy exploring winter ❄️
The children created beautiful winter scenes using paper, paints and charcoal. Then, they carefully labelled their artwork with winter words we collected together on a winter walk.
We used these words to write and perform a shared winter poem. They used lots of frosty language, creative thinking and confident voices!
