Newsletter 24th March 2023

Dear Parents/Carers,

Thank you for your attendance at parents’ evening and the valuable feedback you gave us on our parent surveys. We do this to ensure we continue to provide the very best service to our children and families and to find out how we can do even better. Something that could not have been any better today though, was our Y2 class assembly which was wonderful – well-done to Miss Evans and all the pupils!

WOWS Music Festival

Another huge well-done to the members of the school choir who performed at the WOWS music festival last night. Our local cluster of schools (WOWS – 'with others we succeed') gathered together for the performance, watched by hundreds of proud parents and staff. A special shout out to Ruby in Y6 for her stunning solo performance! Thankyou to our choir staff who have supported with rehearsals over the past weeks – it was well worth it!

Easter Egg Competition

Please bring all entries into class on Monday as per the recent SeeSaw message from Mrs Atkinson. Viewings of all the entries in the hall for adults from 2.45pm.

Healthy Heroes

The healthy heroes are back! Please see the attached message from Mrs Heaton for more information on how we aim to further encourage healthy choices at lunchtimes.

Baby News

It’s a pleasure to share the lovely news that Mrs Riley has had a beautiful baby girl. Mother and baby are home and doing well and we are looking forward to a visit soon.
